Responsibilities include:

*To help with the introduction of new hardware and software in the updated environment.

*Complete roll out of Skype for Business to all of the organisation's laptops.

*Complete remote working set up as required for all of the organisation's staff.

*Decommission current file server and ensure all shared folders and documents successfully transferred to the new server.

*Take delivery of replacement laptops for senior staff members and prepare for use by ensuring correct set up through the creation of a corporate image and clone the installation of all laptops.

*Install a new (virtual) Windows 2016 server to support the new Corporate Wi-fi set up.

*Once the new office space is completed, desks will be installed with new monitor arms and USB docking stations. These will need to be installed and, in addition, monitors, floor ports, and power will need to be cabled to each desk.

*Install new USB docking station software on every laptop.

*Install wireless keyboard and mouse on every laptop

*Install additional memory as required to laptops.

*Applying patches and updates in accordance with requirements.

Required Experience:

*Basic knowledge and experience of Windows 10 Pro, Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016. Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Management and be familiar with Hyper-V Manager and virtual servers.

*Ability to work without supervision and to tight deadlines.

*Be able to independently resolve any problems or issues arising.
