In this role, you will be responsible for "hands on" running of IT services using new and emerging technologies (Workday Studio/PECI/PICOF, JBOSS Fuse, Data Grid on Open Shift, Amazon S3, and others) for critical HR data integrations to and from Workday.
You will have experience working on a Dev/Ops Squad which will support the integrations that underpin key HR processes and offerings. You will have the opportunity to work within a modern IT methodology using sprints to deliver user stories; you will build upon your Workday knowledge and gain significant experience in Workday Studio-related and Open Shift-based technical services and products.
Experience required:
2 years required of Workday Studio-based and/or Workday functional hands-on coding/configuration experience (preferably documented via Workday certification)
Proficiency in working with XML-based files
Proficiency in working with Workday PECI/PICOF-based programs
Experience working on end-to-end integration services running on the Workday platform
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal and external groups which do not directly report to you and establish strong team-oriented relationships
Desirable skills:
Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern IT tools (e.g., JIRA, SLACK and Teams)
Project delivery experience
Familiarity with payroll products and services, especially ADP Globalview
Familiarity in working with web services, APIs and file transmissions (SFTP, etc.)
Familiarity with Open Shift platform technologies such as Jboss Fuse, Jenkins, and Data Grid
