To support our international client near Heidelberg we are looking for well experienced network support engineers in layer 2 and 3.

Your tasks

* L2 or L3 network support in an international environment

* Analyze incoming requirements and organize handover sessions to over support teams

* Ensure maintainability of clients network infrastructure, handling CISCO and Arista

Your skills

* Experience with Support and maintenance projects

* Minimum 5 to 6 years of support experience with focus on network topics

* Experience with Design related account and CISCO products

* Fluent communication skills in English, German will be a benefit
