Commercial Contract Manager - Bracknell/Remote - 6 Month Contract

My client, a large technology consultancy are looking for a Commercial Contract Manager for a 6 month assignment to be based in Bracknell with the option of some remote working. The position can offer a competitive daily rate and the client are looking to get someone started as soon as possible.

Role Background:

* This role will primarily be responsible for the management of contracts that my client already have in process and not pre-signature.

* Part of the role will be responsible for looking after contracts related to Cyber Security.

* You will also be responsible for reviewing statements of work as well as change of control notes.

* A small part of the role may be working with the client on new opportunities.

Required Skills:

* Candidates should have at least 5 years' experience in a Commercial Contracts Management position or within a procurement function.

* The Contracts will be within the IT Sector so industry experience is essential.

* Any prior exposure to the management of Cyber Security Contracts would be beneficial but is not essential.

* Candidates should also be eligible and willing to undergo background checks prior to joining the client.
