Test Manager - SCRUM / Agile - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced Test Manager to join our Zurich based client within Financial Services.

Your experience/skills:

* 5+ years' work experience in test management using Agile / SCRUM in large finance transformation projects

* Understanding of finance processes, accounting, along with practical experience in agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Automated Testing

* Domain knowledge in IT test environment set up, processes and management

* Ability to communicate and enforce testing standards across the teams

* Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

Your tasks:

* Defining strategy for agile testing, test case and test results documentation standards

* Educating the Agile teams in the testing approach, coordinating requirements for test clients and environments with Central IT Team

* Ensuring quality of testing and documentation according to standards and aligning iterative build-up of static E2E test data set

* Coordinating test runs across agile teams and clients/environments as well as logging and tracking OSS tickets with SAP

* Liaising with Roll-In chapter for handover and alignment with waterfall testing
