Senior Business Systems Analyst - circa £50K

Global manufacturer with presence in over 40 countries, is expanding their business team and looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the team. You will have significant impact on achievement of operational goals by ensuring that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.

Skills / Environment

*Business Systems Analyst

*Leading or mentoring experience

*Knowledge of business enterprise functions and processes

*Microsoft Office

*Hands on experience with administration, configuration and troubleshooting of an ERP application, preferably Baan or Oracle EBS

*Prior exposure to manufacturing, supply chain or logistic operations would be highly desirable

As the Senior BA, you will work with stakeholders and interpret business needs and issues, effectively translating them to actionable requirements. Apply business process knowledge of assigned functions with proven analytical and problem-solving skills to maximize the benefit of IT investments and initiatives.

We are looking for someone, who can resolve complex system problems, work in a dynamic, changing environment and manage multiple deadlines, whilst motivating a team.

Salary: circa £50K
