Physical Logistics Business Analyst with profound ERP and Supply Chain Management knowledge wanted for our Lausanne based client in the food sector.
Your experience/skills:
* 3+ years' experience in Physical Logistics or Materials Handling in the context of ERP system implementation or upgrade
* Background in implementing projects for the optimisation of processes within Supply Chain with experience in cross-functional projects involving Finance, Manufacturing and Quality in a multinational environment
* Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes and how they integrate with other business streams in an international environment, operating in complex business models
* Ability to produce quality documentation of business processes and user requirements as well as build close relationships to internal and external stakeholders
* Higher Education, ideally specialised in Supply Chain coupled with prior experience in Project and Change Management
* Languages: fluent English and French both written and spoken
Your tasks:
* Acting as Process Expert and Owner of the Physical Logistics functional area which includes internal warehouse and inventory management, transportation and processes
* Performing functional assessment of gaps between old and new version of the ERP system and decide and document functional scope in the Business Blueprint
* Contributing to the validation of the IT systems in the process areas pertaining to Physical Logistics
* Building and reviewing delta training documentation prepared by the SC&P team and providing training support as needed
* Testing upgraded ERP system before delivering it to the end users
* Ensuring alignment between programs to guarantee appropriate communication of planned changes to the production sites and affiliates
