1st / 2nd Line IT Support

£25,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

The Role:

- Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support within a small IT team

- Improve your skills through training and mentoring

- Escalate tickets when required and help to improve processes in the department

- Will be working with Microsoft systems

The Person:

- Experience in a support role with Microsoft systems

- Good communication skills

- Looking to be part of a team and to learn new skills
