Job Title: Estimator

Location: Morecambe, Lancashire

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience and qualifications

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Company is a family based firm established in 1989 we specialise in office refurbishments and fit-outs across the North West and Manchester.

The Role:

Due to steady growth and expansion they are looking to appoint an Estimator to take responsibility for quotes, tender preparation and submissions.

* The role will be full time based in Morecambe with scope to progress

* You should have commercial fit out experience or experience within a similar field

* You should be computer literate and preferably have experience of estimating programmes

* You should have excellent communication skills and be able to professionally work with both clients and employees

* Full analytical pricing, ability to quantify and work on own initiative

* Ability to produce orders

* Be able to produce Cost appraisals / Budget

* You will need a full driving licence and preferably your own car for the role, all company mileage will be paid at a competitive rate

* Ideally you will have qualifications in Estimating/Construction Management/Quantity surveying
