Building Services Manager/ M&E Project Manager
I am working with one of the largest main contractors in the UK, who are looking for a Building Services Manager/ M&E Project Manager to join their team in Gloucester.
You will be looking after the M&E packages of their various schemes including new build, refurb and extensions, predominantly for commercial builds and schools.
The ideal Building Services Manager/ M&E Project Manager will have experience delivering both mechanical and electrical packages and have previously worked for a main contractor.
You will be looking after several sites, and although they are a top tier contractor, they do operate regionally. Therefore, where site travel is required, you will be local to Gloucester.

Building Services Manager/ M&E Project Manager Requirements
-Experience delivering both Mechanical and Electrical packages
-Main contractor experience
-Experience dealing with projects valued between £5m-£15m
-UK Driving Licence
Building Services Manager/ M&E Project Manager Remuneration
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Location: Gloucester
Other Benefits: £6k Car Allowance + 26 days holiday + Pension matched up to 7% + Private Healthcare
