About the role

Here in Babcock International we're looking for a Lead Developer to join and lead an expanding Agile development team in North Bristol. You will be supporting the development of a range of web based applications using technologies such as C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Javascript and Entity framework, as well as leading and mentoring a team of Developers.

You will also be providing 3rd line support assistance, as well as adhering to process and procedures to ensure document configuration management, modification management and build management.

And as you're supporting our business we'll be supporting you. So as well as offering excellent benefits and facilities - you will be given the appropriate training to fulfil your role. Babcock provide support to a range of projects and you will have the opportunity to grow and expand your skillset within the engineering industry.

What do I need to do the role?

You will need to have a strong background as a Developer with experience in C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Javascript and MS technologies. Knowledge of the Agile methodology is desirable as well as team leadership experience.

What else do I need to know about the role?

* You will work a 37.5 hour week Monday-Friday with flexible start and finish times

* All applicants must have or be able to obtain SC security clearance
