This a great opportunity for a Digital IC Design Engineer looking to develop their creative career within a world-leading Semiconductor company. This position is based in Belgium, not far from Antwerp.
My client is a renowned global leader of mixed-signal SoCs for a wide range of markets, from automotive, industrial, medical and aerospace. This development centre focusses on cutting-egde CMOS image sensor technology for the automotive sphere. The role:
In this role you will be responsible for the digital part of mixed-signal SoC projects, reporting to the Design Lead. You'll work on concept definition, RTL design and verification through to product support during prototype evaluation and start-up of volume production. You'll be working with advanced technologies and methodologies.
As the right candidate, you will have:
- A University degree (Masters preferred) in Electrical Engineering or related subject
- Strong hands-on experience in HDL languages for RTL coding (Verilog, SystemVerilog or VHDL all considered), ideally acquired in industry
- A very good understanding of Digital Design and Verification concepts
- A great team work ethic, a positive, motivated working attitude and fluent language skills in English
Additional skills in FPGA design and CMOS technology would be an additional benefit for this position.
