Michael Bailey Associates is currently recruiting for a Compliance Analyst to join an Investment Bank in Zurich.

PROJECT SUMMARY:
RIM (Records & Information Management) Compliance is a part of CCRO (Compliance and Regulatory Affairs) COO area. This global function defines the RIM business architecture, develops policies and standards, and specifies requirements that enable the bank to comply with regulatory obligations as well as leverage records as valuable
Information assets.
Responsibilities:
? Identifying applications within the IT landscape not meeting Records Management requirements
? Performing assessments, including sending questionnaire to application owners, examining and evaluating the answers received and investigating the conformity of the Bank actions regarding Records Management
? Initiate remediation if needed
? Provide advice to IT and Business for electronic records solutions
Must Have/Experience:
? 3 -10 years' experience in Records and Information Management / as an Auditor / Risk manager (IT risk or operational risk) / or Compliance
? Computer literacy: Word, Excel (basic), PowerPoint
? Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
? Ability to communicate, negotiate and network effectively on all organizational levels as well as within a multi-cultural environment
? English and German
