1st Line / 2nd Line Support

My global client are currently looking for a 1st Line / 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide end user second tier support for the migration of users and workstation from the current active directory domain to a newly created domain.

Essential Requirements:

* 2 Year's Service Desk or Desktop experience.

* Hardware support experience.

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems.

* Good Active Directory & Group Policy knowledge and experience.

Desirable

* PowerShell scripting knowledge.

* Experience in managing Microsoft Sharepoint

* Experience in Exchange Management Console.

* Experience in deploying software in an Enterprise Environment.

Contract Length: 3 Months

Location: Lowesoft

Rate: £200 - £220 per day
