We currently require the services of a Helpdesk Support Technician to work for a well respected client based in Wakefield on a 4 Week ContractKnowledge and skills required:
Updated Enhanced CRB is essentialKnowledge of Windows desktop environment (Win 7 , 10)Essential Knowledge of network administration including User Management, Access Control, Security and Active DirectoryKnowledge of AV installation/configurationsUnderstanding of data protection requirements.Understanding of health, safety and welfare regulations and best practice affecting ICTExperience working in a Windows desktop management (Win 7, 10)Experience of installing and configuring computer hardware and software.Experience of supporting networks including Security and Active DirectoryExperience of setting up / using AV multimedia equipment
