I am looking for a BI Developer - To develop, manage, maintain, and support university business intelligence systems and solutions for a leading university located in the east of England. Must have HE Experience, please only reply if you have worked within the Higher Education sector,

The Job Includes:

1 Develop, build and maintain data warehouse solutions and systems that meet university requirements for business intelligence and reporting.

2 Undertake requirements gathering, analysis, design and development of reports and reporting platforms and solutions to meet statutory, management information and operational reporting requirements.

3 Apply data analysis and data modelling techniques, based upon a detailed understanding of the corporate information requirements.

4 Ensure effective service transition into operation of new reporting/BI solutions and capabilities, whether as part of a project or service enhancement through appropriate testing, user acceptance and support processes are in place.

5 Develop and maintain operational supplier relationships of 3rd party vendors of reporting and BI solutions.

6 Ensure any support requirements responsible for are resolved at appropriate priority in accordance with agreed service levels including management of 3rd party suppliers in the resolution of incidents.

7 Respond and deliver standard service requests within agreed service levels.
