How does having the freedom to completely shape a testing function sound?There is a global technology company based in Portsmouth who can offer just that. They have a large Development team, split then in to 3 smaller teams.
One of these teams is working on the company's internal systems ie CRM, billing systems, sales systems, marketing systems and more. It reaally is the team that keep the company ticking.
They are looking for a Tester to join them. Currently, they Dev Manager is in charge of the testing however he needs someone who can focus on this full time.
With this, comes the freedom to decide the way things are done and completely shape the testing function. He essentially wants you to be able to tell him how things should be done.
They are a manual environment at this moment in time so experience in a similar environment is a must.
They use predominantly Microsoft tech ie ASP.NET, C#, SQL. Any experience with similar technologies is nice to have, however other backgrounds are also still welcomed.
Salary wise they will pay up to circa £40k DOE, they offer 25 holidays, £1000 per year training budget, 8% pension and more.
