A fast-growing IT & Digital Solution Provider to the UK’s SME market are seeking an IT Support Analyst.Having established strategic partnerships with Sage and SAP the company helps medium-sized enterprises realise their business goals through intelligent use of best-in-class business systems. The company services over 400 UK customers, providing software, consulting and support services. Due to its recent successes and continued growth, it is looking for talented individuals to join a growing team.
Full training will be provided to enable you to carry out this role.
As an IT Support Analyst your duties will include:
Providing 1st line customer service to clients via telephone and email.Properly identifying and resolving product and technical questions and inquiries.Liaising with Implementation Consultants and 3rd party suppliers during the resolution of client issues.Managing and maintaining call logs using internal systems. To be a successful IT Support Analyst you will need to demonstrate the following skills and behaviours that helps deliver a first-class service to clients:
A business degree/apprenticeship or equivalent with a concentration in Accounting and/or Information Systems.Good understanding and knowledge of accounting principles.Previous experience of working in a commercial/business environment.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and can handle multiple tasks.Self-motivated with a passion for developing the knowledge and skills to develop into a consultant.Excellent communication skills with a very personable telephone manner.Passionate about delivering fantastic service to clients. In return, the IT Support Analyst will receive a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum The Analyst will also receive an excellent benefits package.
