PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION

Location: Nationwide Projects

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance, Pension,

Company: Expanding National Main Contractor

This is a company that will offer uncapped opportunities for career progression within the next 12-24 months that most Tier 1 Contractors would be unable to offer in this current market. With the opportunity to progress to Project Director

Their core sectors include Hotels, Accommodation and High Spec City Centre Residential projects.

Due to several recent contract awards, they are looking to grow their Construction division. Reporting into a Project Director you will work on £20m + schemes, with several other new residential schemes also due to start over the next 12 months. Typical project values range from £5M - £40M

What experience do they require?

* Main contractor background is essential.

* A good mix of commercial construction experience across a range of sectors.

* A stable track record of employment.

* A proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish.

* Full UK driving licence is essential

* Educated to a high standard.

* Excellent references available.

Key Requirements:

* An experienced Project Manager looking for the next step or a Senior Project Manager seeking a fresh challenge.

* Ideally worked on Hotels or Residential schemes

* Ambitious and self-motivated individual, able to think on your feet.

* Degree or HND in a relevant subject or Trades background

* Full UK Driving Licence

* A stable track record of employment.
