Based in Berlin, we are currently searching on behalf of a rapidly growing data analytics company who specialise in big data, statistics and performance of mobile apps. This is a unique opportunity to be the first hire of the team, where you will be influential in growing and championing UX throughout the business.

As a successful Senior UX Designer, you will have worked closely with developers with an initial task of re-designing a key aspect of their web platform used to operate their products. As the first Senior UX Designer, you will also have the ability to carry out research activities, understanding their customers and transforming these findings into wireframes, user frames and great experiences. This will be done through qualitative and quantitative research, defining KPIs, problem areas and acting upon data.

Key requirements:

4+ years proven UX design experience

Exposure to conducting qualitative and quantitative research

Fluent in English, German language skills highly desirable

Web and Mobile experience

Excellent portfolio showcasing skills
