PMO with Business Analysis tasks wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector (50%)
Your experience/skills:
* Practical knowledge and experience in PMO and BA
* Expertise of Microsoft Tool Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint
* Strong organisational and analytical skills
* Working experience in the banking branche is advantageous
* Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
* Assisting the project manager in the execution management tasks as well as preparing slides for different presentation groups, such as Steering Committees, senior management and Transformation Committee
* Consolidating project meetings into presentations and minutes as well as tracking any open items of the project
* Organising the SharePoint site of the project In the role as Business Analyst
* Monitoring new requirements together with the responsible Business Product Manager and Project Head
* Maintaining the scope and requirements management of new issues as well as specifying new processes and process changes
* Being responsible for Data analysis, adjustment and preparation of upload file for an internal task tool
