Government Digital Service (GDS) has published guidance on designing online forms.. This includes adopting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 standard, which covers a range of recommendations for making web content more accessible
The role will involve using Acrobat tools to work on existing forms and documents to make accessible PDFs to meet common accessibility standards, such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and PDF/UA (Universal Access, or ISO 14289).
You will work with Acrobat Pro DC but it would also be useful if you had knowledge of:
* Adobe InDesign CC 2019
* Adobe LiveCycle Designer
Our forms are designed in InDesign (this is desktop publishing software), exported as a PDF and worked on in Acrobat Pro DC to add the functionality. Some forms are designed directly in Adobe LiveCycle Designer.
