We are recruiting on behalf of one of our thriving start-up clients in the banking sector for a Salesforce Senior Systems Administrator. Our client is working to build a team of trainees and experienced Salesforce IT delivery professionals, to work to create the operating solutions for their bank.

This role will be both hands on and providing guidance/ mentoring to the trainee roles in the team to support the project change and delivery of their production solutions on Salesforces.

What do we require from you?

Essential:

* The successful candidate will have a few years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, deployment and change

* Salesforce Certified Administrator (Lightning Edition) ADX201 certification

* Self-motivated with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines while still working flexibly

* Great organisation skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure

* Versatile, enthusiastic and proactive individual

* Possessing the ability to work independently but also as part of a team is essential to this role

* A desire to improve own personal performance and quality of output

Desirable:

* IT background/ IT qualifications

* Some salesforce development experience (APEX/JS), Integration work (Not the focus of this role)

* Experience in web delivery and related technical skills

* Microsoft AD and business applications and experience of integration projects of these with Salesforce

* Involvement of working in a start-up organization would be GREAT!
