Hyperion Developer to deliver a high quality and innovative data driven solution to our client's needs. This will include, working within a team on the client/non-client site: understanding the client's requirements and pain areas , designing an analytical approach, implementing a solution, ensuring it is of high quality, and leading and mentoring junior team members. Be part of team to provide solution to Customer's requirements in optimized way. Identify opportunities where methodologies being developed in Hyperion planning could be used to solve "real life" problems our customers are facing.

You will also be actively involved in business development based on your Role.

Market rate

Duration: 6 months

Location: London

Key responsibilities:

* Work at client site as a member of an experienced consulting team

* Prepare presentations and reports on findings to the customer as well as recommend next steps to ensure successful project completion

* Outline and document methodological approaches and provide support in the development of solutions

* Identify new growth opportunities and create RFP responses for the same

* Consistently deliver high-quality service as well as consultative & business development support to clients

* Seek and develop innovative methods and processes and keep up to date on latest trends, tools and advancements in the area of analytics

* Lead and mentor junior team members

* Prepare projects action plans while designing timelines and developing risk mitigation plans.

Essential Skills:

· Strong knowledge and hands -on experience in

o Hyperion Essbase

o Hyperion Financial Planning

o Hyperion Workforce Planning

o Profitability and Cost Planning

o Financial Reporting

o Financial Consolidation

· Should have in depth knowledge on Hyperion EPM Administration

· Good to have experience in Hyperion Migration

· Should be able to write scripts for batch execution, MAXL scripts, MDX scripts

· Should have strong knowledge in member formula, Calculation scripts and Business rules

· Should be able to manage security setup and its maintenance

· Should able to troubleshoot Hyperion user issues and system related issues

· Should have experience on performance tuning of Hyperion products

· Should have good understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting cycle

· Should have experience in driver based calculation in Workforce planning

· Should be able to understand Financials and regulatory requirements

· Should have knowledge of Hyperion Financial Reporting with good understanding of Excel functions.

· Must have experience in HFM, must be good at calculation manager, expertise in application tuning & consolidation improvement

· Should be able to manage a team of Hyperion specialists

· Should be able to Identify new growth opportunities and carry out proposal to clients on the same

· Consultative approach with regard to identifying client issues and commitment to delivering high quality solutions

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

· Ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple tasks

· Flexibility to travel

Desirable Skills:

· Should have installation and configuration expertise for all Hyperion EPM products

· Should possess excellent skills on Unix and Windows Platform Administration

· Should possess Database and SQL knowledge

Qualifications:

University Degree with a specialization in Computer Science/IT,Finance,Electonics/Business Administration in Finance/CA or similar analytic/data intensive subject area - or the acquisition of such skills through professional experience
