Are you a Manufacturing Engineer from a Mechanical manufacturing background looking for fantastic career development opportunities to senior roles, cross training and CPD with an industry leading and expanding aerospace company?

On offer is a hands on, shop floor autonomous position where you will have the opportunity to bring your experience to the fold and drive continuous improvements across this industry leading company.

You will have a focus on your technical development and be given cross training to bolster any gaps in your technical ability. The main focus of this role is to make this company efficient while undertaking widespread cost saving initiatives throughout all areas (including: Workshop & Assembly (including hydraulics & Pneumatics), Electroplating and the Machine shop).

This company are well established and due to continued expansion are looking for a manufacturing engineer to join the team.

This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer from a mechanical manufacturing environment with a good understanding of LEAN principles, tools and techniques looking for a role with excellent training, fantastic career prospects to senior roles with an industry leading and expanding aerospace company.

The Role:

* Manufacturing Engineer (Efficiencies, Process improvement, cost saving)

* Hands on / Shop floor / Tool box talk

* Multi-Functional all areas of the business

* Full cross over training depending on industry background
