UX / Ui Designer

Experis are currently working with a leading client that is in need of aUX/UI Designer to create a next generation experience for this clients leading platform.

UX will be a new function for these so you will help establish a UX framework and create a design function going forward so any experience of introducing UX to companies would be highly beneficial

They are ideally looking for someone who has a mix of UX and UI skills although would consider splitting the roles, so feel free to apply if are focused on pure UX or UI.

Skills / Experience:

* 3+ years UX experience

* Up to date understanding of UX best practices, principles and methods

* Extensive experience in evidence-based experience design that meets user needs and business goals

* Understand and demonstrate fundamental UX techniques including wireframing, prototyping, interaction flows and IA

* Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to raise the awareness of and buy in for user-centred design

* Be as comfortable rapidly sketching on a whiteboard with Product Owners & Technical Architects

* Experience designing in Agile development sprints.
