Lead Developer - C#, ASP.Net, MVC

Rotherham (not city centre)

£45,000 + benefits

Spring Technology are seeking a Lead Developer for my market leading client based in Rotherham, not in the city centre with free parking.

As the Lead Developer you will lead and mentor a team of .Net Developers. You will be responsible for application development and delivery of multiple projects at any give time in a Microsoft environment, working closely with Business Analysts.

You will also be responsible for driving the architecture of all systems, implementing best practices improving the SDLC. You will also look to improve the build and deployment process and implement better processes, tools, techniques and plan for testing and QA.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

*Experience leading a development team in a Agile Scrum environment

*Able to communicate well to all job and skill levels

*Worked with Microsoft Stack, C#, ASP.Net using MVC, SQL Server

*Aware of SOLID and related design principles

*Knowledge and experience of Unit Testing and UI Testing

*Use of Microsoft Team Foundation Server for Scrum Management
