Customer Success Manager - Insurance - SaaS 
Home based, Thames Valley 
Up to £50k Base - £100k OTE + Extensive Benefits Package + Car Allowance 

We have a leading edge, proven and globally reference-able digital insurance platform delivered as a service and require a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow our relationship in two strategic GI accounts. 

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Customer Success programme, working with colleagues across the world. The programme will raise customer satisfaction and drive further opportunities within two major insurers who have successfully deployed our software, delivering radical transformation in their chosen markets. 

Required industry knowledge - 
- General Insurance market knowledge, in particular household and/or high volume commercial insurance - Offered through direct, aggregator, partner and broker channels 
- Underwriting and pricing, Policy administration, Claims, Regulation and compliance 

Required General Insurance technology knowledge 
- Policy administration software including product build 
- Insurer hosted pricing 
- User experience platforms and document production software 
- Insurance software implementation 
- DevOps 

Required experience 
- Customer success management and/or Software account management 
- Value proposition development 
- Sales and account planning 
- Stakeholder management 

As a Customer Success Manager, you will - 
- Develop our Customer Success programme, working across SSP with colleagues (Sales, Product, Professional services and Live service) 
- Take responsibility for fully understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution. 
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships at executive levels and qualify new sales leads. 
- Design and implement sales strategies and work with senior management to implement sales plans. 
- Manage all sales support activities, taking full responsibility for the non-technical content of bids and sales proposals. 
- Support contractual discussions such as renewals, cross-selling and up-selling of software and services 
- Ensure that reliable cost, effort and risk estimates and project plans are produced. 
- Act as a single point of contact for clients, attending and managing regular review meetings.
