Store Manager

Cirencester

£24,000 - £27,000 + Pension + Holiday + Bonuses

Excellent opportunity for someone with retail management experience to join a stable company in a varied role with excellent working conditions and regular on-target bonuses.

In this role you will be managing a team of sales people, technicians and more. You will also engage in sales yourself, along with rota management and ensuring that the store hits targets.

The ideal candidate will be someone with previous retail management experience. It would be beneficial to have experience in retail stores dealing in phones or technology.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable company in a varied management role with plenty of autonomy and regular bonuses to increase basic earnings.

The Role:

*Monday - Saturday, 9:00 - 5:30

*Managing staff (sales, technicians and more)

*Carrying out sales

*Store administration, such as organising staff rotas

The Person:

*Retail management experience

*Ideally from a phone or technology background

*Commutable to Cirencester
