Quantity Surveyor

One of the UK's largest main contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work with them in Leicester.

This role offers a fantastic work / life balance for the Quantity Surveyor as you will work a 37 hour week, with flexible hours and a 12:30pm finish on Friday.

The Quantity Surveyor will get the opportunity to work in a niche / expanding sector.

The successful Quantity Surveyor must have good experience and knowledge of NEC 3 contracts, however they are open to any background from build, construction, infrastructure, civils or utilities.

This is also a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking for long term work with frameworks running for a minimum of 10-15 years.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements

-Main Contractor experience

-Good knowledge and experience of NEC 3 contracts (Essential)

-UK Driving licence

-Able to build strong relationships with project / site teams

Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location: Leicester

Other benefits: 25 days holiday, 6% pension
