Senior Analyst Programmer

My client based in Sutton Coldfield is loo

king for a senior analyst programmer / developer to join their growing team!

This is a newly created role and will see you re-platforming and modernising the existing product suite as well as working in an Agile environment to deliver robust solutions!

Core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

*Developing applications and solutions using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET and SQL / MongoDB.

*Work in a cross functional team, taking responsibility for both yours and the juniors development and coding.

*Act as a technical subject matter expert and embedding quality into everything you do.

*Help mentor and train new and more junior developers

*Working in an Agile environment and help lead the Scrum meetings and daily stand ups.

*Work to reengineer code and keep to date with more modern technologies.

To be successful in this role you need to have:

*Experience development web applications in HTML, CSS and JavaScrpit ( Ideally Agular)

*Significant experience in developing using the Microsoft .net framework using C# or vb.net

*Practical experience of Software Design Patterns and solid experience of SOLID Principles

*Knowledge and experience of SQL Server, T-SQL , TDD and test first skills

Any experience of Continuous Delivery Principles, MongoDB or Rabbit MQ would be highly advantageous.
