£55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Progression + Excellent Benefits

Are you Maintenance Manager looking for a dynamic and challenging role where you will have the opportunity to develop a large maintenance department and implement change as you see fit?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a household name in FMCG Manufacturing where you will develop your own Maintenance strategy and manage a large highly skilled team of around 40 Engineers.

This global leading company are in the process of undergoing a large modernization of their Production & Manufacturing Systems. They have invested in a wide range of machinery & process plant equipment, as well as state of the art automation. They are looking for a Maintenance Manager who can focus on developing the maintenance team and systems in order to focus on Pre-Planned Maintenance & Continuous improvement.

This role would suit a Maintenance Manager from a manufacturing environment with experience in developing high performing Maintenance Teams.

The Role:

- Managing & Developing a skilled maintenance team of over 40 Engineers & Technicians

- Working within a Process Plant / Refinery environment

- A focus on implement & improving current Maintenance Systems

- Working closely with Engineering Manager on Continuous Improvement projects

The Candidate:

- Previous Maintenance Manager from Manufacturing background

- Proven experience in implementing change within a Maintenance Department

- Looking for a challenging but very rewarding role in a renowned Manufacturing company
