Quantity Surveyor

You will be ideally be based within 50 miles of Manchester - Other areas of the UK will be considered

£50,000 - £55,000 + Excellent Bonus + Company Car + Expenses Paid + Pension + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to play a key role in the success of an expanding and industry leading company that offers ongoing career development?

On offer is the opportunity to join an international and industry leading company where you will work on high value projects whilst representing a global brand.

This is an international company who dominate the market within their industry and they are looking to continue in their expansion in the UK. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to assist in driving the business forward by managing all commercial aspects of projects end to end in the build of new stores, re-fits and extensions.

This will suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to work for a blue chip company and help drive the expansion plans forward.

The Role:

- Managing projects through the full project lifecycle working on a range of re-fits, extensions and new stores builds

- Conduct tender processes including preparation of tender documentation, evaluation of tenders and the making of detailed recommendations

- Monitoring the financial progress of projects and regularly communicating and assessing potential impacts of changes to budgets

The Person:

- Proven Quantity Surveyor experience

- You will need to have worked within Retail/Leisure/Hygiene/Food/Hospitality

- You will ideally be based within a 50 mile radius of Manchester however other areas may be considered
