IT Analyst - Change, Problem, Knowledge

Location: London

Duration: 2 months initial

Day Rate: £270 - £300

IT Analyst - We are actively seeking an IT Analyst to join a High-Profile, Public-Sector Company based in London for an initial 2 months. The IT Analyst will review, refine and improve Change, Problem and Knowledge management processes within the Service Delivery Function.

The IT Analyst will work closely with the Service Delivery and Digital Services teams by providing administration to help support the ITIL Service Management processes. The IT Analyst will need to be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment and be confident to influence senior members within the team. This is an excellent opportunity for the IT Analyst to make a difference and change the way the organisation works.

Key Skills for the IT Analyst:

* Solid experience with Change, Problem and Knowledge management.

* Proven experience reviewing, refining and administering processes.

* Strong Stakeholder engagement.

* ITIL certified - desirable.

* Proactive and self-disciplined.

* Excellent communication skills are vital.

**NOTE: Considered within the regulations of IR35 - potential candidates for this role would have to go through an Umbrella Company**
