Are you looking for a 1st and 2nd line support role within in a well-established but growing business who understand the importance of investing in their staff as well as IT!

Great opportunity available for someone looking to finely tune their skills working within a close knit, like-minding and friendly business that is undergoing large amounts of improvement projects.

Having recently joined a larger group, they have seen substantial investment across the business with a particular focus on IT and internal systems. Now keen to drive these improvements forward, they want a passionate individual who want to learn lots whilst be involved in these key projects!

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for working in a small but experienced team focused on the 1st and 2nd line support across the business as well as the wider group. Key duties will include; Windows desktop, active directory, office, Phone, printers, mobile scanners, BAU and project work (ERP/ WMS). Occasional travel to the other sites will be required but will be rare.

This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to join a rapidly changing business offering varied and exciting work whilst becoming one of the go to experts within IT.

The positon;

*1st and 2nd line support

*Microsoft environment, Windows, Office, Printers, Scanners

*Work on their warehouse management system

*Supporting multiple sites remotely and very occasionally face to face

* Active directory

* BAU and project work

* Small but experienced team

The person;

*1st line support experience

*Ideally some face to face 2nd line experience

*Looking to join an expanding business that invests in their staff.
