We require a SAP training Manager / SAP Training Lead to join an industry leading organisation working in a fast paced programme delivering a SAP change across the business

Day Rate: £500 - £650

Contract Duration: 3 Month likely extension

We need a SAP training Manager to manage a team of trainers in a high profile programme.

You will have a background in coordinating, leading, developing and organising training teams.

You will have the ability to train the trainer and provide governance for training materials.

The project is focused around the development and design end user training materials for a large SAP business transformation moving from SAP R/3 to SAP S4 Hana

You will have a background in identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments as well as Developing the training schedule for the roll out of large scale end user training

Skills and Experience

*Knowledge of learning and development best practices

*A proven track record of training programme development and management

*Excellent leadership skills

*Experience/understand of system simulation/eLearning tools, preferably Captivate

*Previous experience working in complex organisations

*A good attention to detail with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to manage a team of training developers

*Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
