Lead Database Developer - £55,000 - Glasgow

My client, an outsourcing organisation in Glasgow, are currently looking for a lead database developer to join their team. This comes at a time where my client are currently undergoing numerous changes where they are remodelling many of their databases and processes and also implementing Power BI!

You will play a key part in shaping the business MI and BI and have the opportunity to make the role your own, also supporting Head of MI & Insight in driving forward key projects with stakeholders.

Skills and expereince;

* Minimum of 6 years commercial experience using SQL Server - 2012 or above preferred

* Strong experience using T-SQL for BI and reporting

* Extensive SSRS and SSIS skills

* Experience of Power BI

* Proven experience of designing data warehouse solutions from the ground up including data modelling, ETL processes and reporting

* Passionate about helping other developers to achieve their full potential through coaching and mentoring

* Strong stakeholder management skills
