Our client a business and customer communications specialists is seeking an experienced Linux or Cisco 3rd Line Support Analyst to join there operation based in Dagenham, Essex.

The role:
Responsible for delivering IT infrastructure projects to the business.
The role of 3rd Line Analyst is responsible for assisting in the implementation of 3rd Line projects. The role will include 3rd Line Support of Servers, Firewalls, SANs, Content Delivery and other devices. The role will also be responsible for managing escalations from Second Line and to other parts of PCC Operations organisation or partners/vendors, to ensure the prompt and satisfactory resolution of Customer Support cases.
The role requires a good understanding of multiple operating systems including Windows; however any candidate must have strong Linux or Cisco skills.
