SOX Implementation Manager (12-18 Month Contract)

Do you have an in-depth understanding of the Sarbanes Oxley Act? Have you previously implemented SOX? If the answer is yes then First Utility has a great opportunity for you to work in a lean, fast-paced environment. Working with multiple teams across the business, you’ll be working to ensure First Utility complies with the Sarbanes Oxley Act following the recent Shell acquisition. The role is a great opportunity to own the process whilst liaising with a number of stakeholders across First Utility and Shell. This is a key role, so requires an individual who has previous experience managing such a project.

What you’ll need to help make the best of the role

- Previous experience of implementing SOX

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Experience of IT systems, controls, procedures and policies for both development and live systems

Although this is initially a 12-month contract, there may be scope to continue to manage SOX following implementation.
