As a Mac Support Engineer you'll be responsible for troubleshooting tech issues, including help desk operations and deskside support, and configuring Macs, hardware and networking equipment. Requirements:

*Previous experience within an IT Support Engineer role configuring and deploying Macs

*Strong understanding of computer hardware (MacOS).

*Degree educated in Computer Science or similar

*Excellent communication skills
