SharePoint Operations Lead - London
£90,000 - £100,000
I'm looking for an experienced SharePoint Operations manager to provide a Technical overview of all SharePoint operations within this Global platform team.
Working alongside Architects, Developers, Consultants and 3rd Party stakeholders across 3 locations, the ability to collaborate with a wide range of team members is essential.
You will be the driving force behind taking this client from On-Prem solutions (SharePoint 2013) to a Hybrid/Online Solution, and ensuring that the business as a whole is engaged with the changes. This will involve being able to meet with Director/C-Suite level stakeholders to clarify specifications and necessary compliance issues that may come to light with the changes, and translate Technical solutions to non-technical personnel.
The ability to input expert level knowledge on all things SharePoint, coupled with the Operational awareness on how SharePoint can affect the wider business is essential.
Working closely with the Architecture and Design team, you will be involved in leading projects from concept through to delivery.
Desired Skills;
* Demonstrable experience driving a corporation's SharePoint environment.
* Knowledge of Migration tools
* Ability to articulate Technical Language and engage in Workshops across the business.
* Project Delivery Experience.
