Cloud Architect | Nr Finsbury Square | 6 Months+ | 500 - 600/day

Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently working with an international organisation as they look to secure Cloud Architect for their key client based near Finsbury Square, London.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with either Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or AWS along with several years of relevant industry experience.

THE BASICS:

As Cloud Architect you will have strong experience in creating large scale enterprise cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure), with a good knowledge of GCP experience with GCP Cloud Architect certification.

Demonstrable knowledge around systems, network, infrastructure diagrams, reference implementations, best practices, and roadmaps as well as good knowledge on IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models with modern terminology and relevance will likely result in an immediate interview request.

THE KEY SKILLS:

As mentioned, a strong focus on public cloud-based platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP); knowledge of private/hybrid cloud-based platforms such as VMware/OpenStack/OpenShift/Open is vital.

Strong knowledge of multi-cloud architecture, cloud governance and best practices is also important.

THE TECHNICAL DETAILS:

Advanced Knowledge of Cloud and Open Source Technologies on most of the following technical areas will hold you in good stead:
