SharePoint Business Analyst

Newcastle Upon Tyne

£30,000-£45,000 + benefits

I am currently working with a globally renowned organisation who are looking to add to their fast paced team with the addition of a Senior Business Analyst on a permanent basis.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to be part of a team to drive and manage effective change. In this position, every day will be different. You will have various responsibility and working on diverse projects will provide you with an exciting week every week!

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

* Creatively analysing business needs

* Managing full projects through until successful business solutions are provided

* Working to your own initiative or collaboratively in a team

* Leading delivery of business outcomes

* Working with project managers and stakeholders to define business goals

* Mentoring and coaching other team members

The ideal candidate for this role:

* Previous commercial experience in a Business Analyst position

* Track record of delivering quality artefacts on budget and on time

* Process documentation and re-engineering

* Experience with Agile methodology

* Strong knowledge of SharePoint

* Excellent communication and interpersonal sills
