Freelance Sage People Support Analyst

I am currently recruiting for one of my clients based in Central London, who are looking to onboard a experienced Sage People IT Support analyst.

Some of your key responsibilities for Sage people would be:

* Line 1 support, including escalation ot L2 with vendors

* Development & configuration

* reports writing

* vendor liaison

* Training new users on the system

* Manage regression testing of software releases

Other responsabilities are:

* Input to corporate services systems change baord

* Management & analysis of support calls
