CRM System Administrator- Leatherhead- 6-12 Months

JOB PURPOSE:

* This role is responsible for the administration and management of the local CRM databases and associated processes. Day-to-day you will be responsible for the implementation, adoption and administration of the local CRM databases as well as managing customer contacts, making sure data is clean and up to date and training other members of staff to use the system. You will work closely with internal and external teams to ultimately ensure we have a locally accessible fit for purpose CRM database.

* You will need to develop an understanding of core business functions across all business departments as this is critical to the success and take up of this system

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

* Fluent English communication skills - verbal & written.

* Experience working with CRM databases and web technologies particularly SalesForce.com and/or SAP CRM.

* Experience of working in a Food Service environment (desirable).

* Understanding of UFS tools, systems, processes and ways of working (desirable).

* Numerate and analytical - able to produce reports and turn data into plain English.

* Experience with reporting software - Tableau, Business Objects, SAP or SalesForce.com (desirable).

* Experience managing stakeholders and presenting to audiences.

* Experience working with sales and sales support systems.

* Experience working on metrics and reporting in a sales and marketing environment.

* SalesForce certified administrator (highly advantageous).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Proven experience of working on Salesforce projects

* Reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine responsibilities

* Manage data feeds import and export

* Experience in taking data in for multiple system

* Effectively act as a liaison between users, vendors and external application development teams

* Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication skills- this is a stakeholder facing role, so the successful candidates must be comfortable in these environments

* Provide training and support to key users on instructions and key processes.

* Perform regular configuration reviews to ensure functionality meets team needs.

* Regularly audits data to uncover data integrity issues and opportunities for process improvement.

* Maintains updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures including user support materials.

* Confident in highlighting issues and recommend solutions / improvements and implement them accordingly.

* Manage new business requirements and technical specifications.

* Investigate and analyse reported defects through to resolution.

* Provide first line support to CRM database users with support ticket creation and escalations to IT support and Geo IT.

* Engagement with Global teams (Global CD IT & Operations) in raising and discussing new requirements from own MCOs and work closely in delivering the IT Solutions in MCO

* Work closely with regional sales managers to ensure our business systems are being adopted across the sales teams and are being utilized effectively

* Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, data hygiene and process consistency within the salesforce system.

* Occasional national/international travel and overnight stays away from home may be required.
