Job Description
The Lead Clinical Support Analyst will be accountable for all aspects of Live service support of Clinical Applications and improvement for the end-to-end service delivered within the Clinical IT Experience Team.

This is a full time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary package dependent upon candidate experience. Along with a competitive salary, the incumbent will also receive 25 days holiday, private healthcare and our company flexible benefits scheme.

Duties & Responsibilities
-Responsible for planning and running of 3rd Line Service desk, processes, SLAs and KPIs.
-Ensure services are delivered to quality controls and SLA
-Responsible for Service Introduction and Transition of new applications within 3rd Line Service Desk
-Responsible for working collaboratively to drive the delivery of clinical application architectures, designs, solutions, features enhancements, service requests, and defect resolutions - across the end to end clinical experience.
-Provides Subject Matter Expert for Senior and other Clinical and Integration Analysts
-Owning and managing the process of break/fix for all applications supported within Clinical IT Experience Team.
-Coordinating the resolution of issues and changes across internal 3rd and 4th line application teams, and external vendors.

Skills and Experience
-EPR/EMR Systems knowledge (ideally MEDITECH) and other Clinical Applications
-Able to clearly explain and present problems/issues to others, identify options, and lead to resolution
-Proven experience supporting clinical applications in a 24 x 7 support environment
-Relevant application support experience upgrading and supporting applications
-Strong knowledge of SQL, desirable
