Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer - 3 Months - Coventry - £300 - £340p/d

Windows, NetApp, VMware, SCCM

Working on behalf of my Coventry based client I am recruiting for a contract Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to start immediately. This successful candidate will join an established 3rd line Network (Connectivity) and Infrastructure (Hosting) team and will deliver 1st class troubleshooting, Project and Support across an enterprise environment covering. Windows, 2012 - 106, VMware, NetApp, SCCM, Environment. Additional skills in Solarwinds for Infrastructure Monitoring would be considered a distinct advantage.

Exhaustive list of technologies are below.

* Microsoft products: Server and Desktop technologies (Windows Server 2008 - 2016, Windows 2010, Office 2007-2016, Office 365, SCCM, SCOM, OSD Build, Group Policy, AD [ADFS, Domain Controllers, DFS, LDAP]);

* Citrix technologies (XenDesktop, XenApp, Netscaler, PVS);

* Scripting/Coding - Powershell, VB, Application Packaging;

* VMware 5 - 6.x

* Net App (OnTap 7 - 8 , C-mode)

* Cisco UCS Flexpod

Desirable:

* SolarWinds

* Azure and AWS

* IIS

* MS Exchange

* SQL Server

* Backup Technologies: Netbackup, Veeam, Backup Exec
