.Net Azure Software Engineer - £500 per day - Birmingham

I am pleased to offer a very exciting opportunity that has opened up for a .Net developer with a proven track record in the design and development of Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. Our client is based in Birmingham but is growing exponentially due to their growing business and are looking to further their reach within the Midlands area.

You will be working in a small team that develops software using robust and testable code. Taking your cue from an architect to whom has worked with the business for 4 years and is always open to new and inventive ideas. This is due to the rapid expanding nature of the business and the organization wanted to help the developer flourish, with a flexibility to moving into an architect role if the extension is granted.

You should possess the following skills:

* Practical and proven experience with C#, .Net core

* Experience using Azure-native services - Azure Service Bus, Azure Table Storage, Azure Search, Azure Blob Storage, Azure WebJobs, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database.

* CI/CD - Octopus & Team City

* Containerisation - Docker/Kubernetes

* Microservices architecture

* Experience of working in an agile environment, and a Devops Culture

* Front end Angular experience is advantageous

The initial contract is for 6 months but there is a potential for an extension. Remote working would also be considered for the right candidate.

My client is looking to hire ASAP, with the first round of interviews hopefully starting the by the end of the week.
