Groundwork Foreman (Residential)

Do you have experience as a Groundworker on a residential site?

On offer is the chance to progress your career within a family run company, who work across a range of developments and are renowned for providing a great place to work.

The company have been established over 50 years and specialise in a range of projects from small works to major contracts. They plan further expansion across two new sites and need a motivated Foreman to assist with their business plans.

The role would suit someone with a background in house building, labouring, groundworks or civils. Any workforce management experience will be advantageous. Day to day you will be based out on site, to ensure efficient running of the plant and all projects.

All in all, an exciting opportunity to join a company known for a great place to work.

THE ROLE:

*Based out on site.

*Management of workforce.

*Enable continuous running of the plant.

*Based near Mitcheldean.

THE PERSON:

*A background in house building, labouring, groundworks or civils.

*Some Supervisory experience advantageous.
