Are you a Account Manager or Customer Services Officer, from an energy/utilities/heating background, looking for an integral role within a well-known Utilities company offering a clear route to progress?

The Role:
- Motoring and ensuring Heating and Hot Water incidents are responded to within the agreed standards of service
- As part of the role you will work on financial, asset, metering, project support and more
- Further progression and training available
The Person:
- Previous experience liaising and with existing and internal customers
- Previous experience working within the energy or utilities or related sector
- Excellent IT and communication skills
£21,000 - £25,000 + Pension + 33 days Holiday + Training + Life Assurance + Competitive Pension + Other Company Benefits
